  • Every week, hun! You’ll fill in your check-in form by Sunday evening, and I’ll send your feedback & adjustments on Monday. Think of it as your weekly motivation boost 🔥

  • Completely. Everything is based on your goals, preferences, lifestyle and schedule - no copy and paste jobs here!

  • Nope! You can choose between gym-based or home-based training (I can make both work with what you’ve got - even a pair of dumbbells and a dream 💪). Gym memberships are ideal for the huns wanting to get strong as you can really push yourself with the weights! But no pressure x

  • Yes! I can create a structured meal plan or flexible meal guide based on your preferences, allergies and schedule. You’ll also get full access to my Hungry Huns recipe library 👩‍🍳

  • I will NEVER stop you! I’ll teach you how to make things work around real life, not pause it. No “starting again Monday” here - we’re aiming for consistency overall, not perfection!
