I’m Phoebe (aka @afitnesshun) 💖

I’m a personal trainer, content creator, and founder of The Fitness Huns - an online coaching community built to make fitness fun, balanced, and actually feel doable for busy huns.

I haven’t always been a fitness hun. I used to hate PE, found the gym terrifying, and thought the whole fitness world was a bit of a cult tbh. But after reaching a low point with my mental health, I took a leap and hired an online coach. It completely changed my life - not because I became obsessed with calories or cardio, but because I finally learned how empowering it can feel to move your body and look after yourself without restriction or guilt.

Now I help other huns find that same balance - through approachable training, no-BS nutrition, and a community full of encouragement (and a bit of chaos).

Fitness is my non-negotiable now - not my whole life (there’s still plenty of room for prosecco, continental meat selections and leopard print), but the thing that keeps me confident, strong, and grounded.

  • It’s 1-1 online personal training with a fun, light-hearted approach. Whether you want to feel stronger, fitter, build muscle, lose weight, or just stop feeling like exercise is a chore, I’ve got you!

    We focus on strength training (aka the thing that makes you feel like a BAD B!!!) And runners, don’t think you’re exempt – no more dodging the dumbbells, hun x

  • Short answer: the girls, the gays, and the theys.

    Long answer: absolutely anyone who wants a fun, supportive, inclusive space to work on themselves. Any body size, gender, sexuality, ability – you are welcome here. There’s no “ideal body”, just your body becoming the happiest, healthiest version of itself.

  • No scary drill sergeant vibes here, hun. We focus on balance and consistency, not perfection.

  • Nope! You can absolutely train at home (Love Is Blind on in the background optional but recommended). If you’re a gym-goer, fab. Everything is personalised to your set-up.

  • This is a fully adaptable programme. We’ll tailor everything around you to keep you safe, confident, and strong – and we’ll chat it through properly before we start AND as we go for if you want any changes to the plan!

  • Pricing is inclusive + accessible, there’s no hidden nonsense here, hun. There are also discounts if you block book!
