Founder of The Fitness Huns, personal trainer, running hun and your resident hype woman who will absolutely send you voice notes singing about how great your squat form is.

I used to think fitness wasn’t for ‘people like me.’ I hated PE, found gyms intimidating, and thought you had to be naturally sporty to be involved in anything fitness related.

But the truth is, you don’t have to be sporty to start! You don’t even have to know what you’re doing!

Fitness is for everyone - the busy huns, anxious huns, totally-new-to-fitness huns.

You just have to start.
And you don’t have to do it alone!

Why I Started The Fitness Huns

I spent years looking for a version of fitness that felt like I belonged.

Everything was either “train harder and eat loads of boiled eggs!” or “shrink yourself and survive on almonds!” with no in-between.

Neither of those felt right, sustainable, or like something I wanted to be a part of.

So I built The Fitness Huns as the space I wish I’d had when I started out - full of fun, silliness, light-heartedness, learning and laughter.

It’s a space where you can take care of yourself without taking it all too seriously. 💖

It’s friendly, flexible, and completely personal - for the huns who want to get stronger, feel good, and still live their lives (prosecco included).

Fitness should add to your life, not take from it. 💖

Who This Is For?


The Fitness Huns is for the real-life huns - it’s for you if you’ve ever thought:

“I want to get fitter, but I have no idea where to start.”

The Fitness Huns is for the beginners who feel nervous walking into a gym, the huns who’ve tried every online challenge and still feel stuck, and the huns who are sick of fitness being so serious all the time!

You don’t need to be fit already, you don’t need to look a certain way - you just need a bit of structure, some support, and someone cheering you on (that’s me 💅)
