When Cecile started with me, she was injured and unable to run. Her goals were to fit into her old jeans, and rehab her injury so she could get back to running. I programmed her workouts tailored to runner’s strength, and now 10 weeks later, Cecile is back to running twice a week pain free! Her old jeans now fit comfortably, and even have some extra room! 💪✨
